Career Coaching
"What is a
successful person? Who is a success?"
The best definition of career success I have heard is ...
"A success is someone who is doing the job they want to
be doing."
Do you have the job you really
want?
* Are you feeling like you'd like a new
direction but aren't sure where that might be?
* Are you unsatisfied
with your job?
* Are you doing what you feel you should
be doing?
* Would you like some support
and feedback as you
consider your career options?
A Career Coach may be
the answer for you, here's why ...
A garbage recycler is a success if that is
what they want to be doing, but is a rocket scientist a success
if they would rather be a market gardener?
A business executive is a success if that is what they feel
fulfilled doing, however, if a business executive would rather
be a home executive then they may not be totally
satisfied.
Just as it can be extremely stressful to do a job which is too
demanding and which you are not suited for, it can also be extremely
stressful being in a job that does not stretch you at all and
represents no challenge or potential for learning or growth.
Do you suffer from job satisfaction?
Are you returning to the workforce and would like to give some
thought to your future direction?
If you stay where you are now, where will you be in 5, 10
or 20 years time?
Would you like to know what job and industry will make full
use of your unique talents and potential?
Career consultants are
great when you know which job you want and which industry you
want to work in, but Career
Coaching helps you align your values and life priorities
with the industry and career for which you are ideally suited.
Would you like to know what you are meant to be doing?
Career Coaching can help you discover your life calling.
Your Coach, using tools such as values
identification and job
profiling, can offer suggestions that:
- help you define what is most important to you
- help you determine which job will make the best use of your
unique skills and ability,
- assist you to enhance
what you enjoy about your current
work, or, support you as you
explore other options.
