· If you have tried and failed
- the outcome was not what you expected - does that mean;

have tried
and failed
at something, or
· does
that mean you're a failure
as a person?
· Do you agree with this quotation;

Welcome to The Motivation Station.
This is the place where you stay
until you're ready to buy your ticket and get on a train to an exciting
future.
But there are so many destinations
- which ticket will you buy and where will you go?
Where do you want to go?
If you are not sure then here is
a little exercise.
Sit down somewhere comfortable
and quiet with a blank sheet of paper. Still yourself by breathing deeply
a few times.
When you are ready to begin, ask
yourself the following questions and then write the first and immediate
thought that comes into your mind.
· What
do I want?
· What do I need to do
to get it?
· What's stopping
me?
· Why
am I letting what's stopping me stop me?
· What is my dream
for my life?
· Why am I telling myself I can't
begin to move toward
my dream?
· What would I feel
like if I could achieve my dream and live the life I want?
· What do I need to do
to make my dream a reality?
· What small step can
I make today to move me a little closer to making my dream happen?
· What small action can I take
now
that will move me a little closer to my dream?
