Why not reward yourself with something
that is both relaxing, renewing and preferably indulgent?
If you are a lady, why not book
a massage, a facial - or both! Then go home to a bathroom replete with
scented candles for a relaxing bubble bath?
If you are a gentleman, why not
have a long Friday lunch, go on a fishing trip with the guys or tramp
to a relaxing spot with your partner or family?
Both ladies and gents enjoy buying
new books, magazines, CD, DVD, a good coffee or watching videos with food
and friends.
Excellent Coaching is not about
a one-size-fits-all prescription. Everyone is different because of gender,
upbringing and culture - its about what works for you.
How would you like to reward yourself
and take some time out? After you have spoilt yourself a little why not
look into some new and exciting ways to live your life through the coaching
experience?
